Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Resinfam

Resinfam has successfully deployed a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to improve the performance of sales, marketing and customer service teams and to facilitate inter - and multidisciplinary communication management of those teams.

As a result, customer service will be provided faster, more effective and target-oriented. Our valued customers can now expect that their records are being more efficiently protected and if needed, these can be used to pursue their new orders, technical and logistical requirements for each and any of their individual requests.
